Why are you offering the franchise for free, when others are charging large sums, what is the catch?

There is no catch whatsoever. This is simply penetration pricing. We want the best people for the positions, people that can grow successful operations, leaving us with a longer term monetary reward. What we do not want is someone to pay us a licence fee and not have the skills and ability to grow the business. If the franchisee does not succeed, we make an operating loss.

Does the price reflect in the quality of the franchise?

Not at all. We have current operations yielding excellent financial results. We are so confident in our product that we do not charge a licence fee to cover our costs. We cannot walk away if things get tough. Our state of the art systems and processes, are a match for any pet sitting operation worldwide.

Are you a member of the British Franchise Association?

No we are not. We have nothing against the BFA and respect them as an organisation, however, membership is expensive. If we take that route, then we have to pass the cost on to you, the franchisee. I would rather you invest in marketing and relationship building. You can spend an unlimited amount of time with our current franchisees to assess our suitability.

How quickly can you set up a franchise?

We can work around your schedule. If you are the type of person we are looking for, then the emphasis is on us to get things progressed as quickly as possible. 4-6 weeks is a good estimate.

What are my ongoing costs and expenses?

Your main expenses are marketing, fuel, insurance and general business expenses e.g mobile phone, stationary etc.
